Entrance

New students must go through all necessary procedures for entrance into JICS. Students with beginner or elementary level English must go through our ESL curriculum (Intensive English Course).

1. Information Session :

Parents and students should attend a one hour information session. (Reservation required)

2. Student Interview and Admission Testing :

Interview with the principal and English level test

3. Document Screening :

Entrance Application Form should be completed and submitted.

4. Notice of Acceptance :

A Letter of Acceptance will be sent by e-mail when the document screening is passed.

5. Tuition Payment :

After reading the school financial plan, the tuition payment should be made to the designated school bank account.

6. Induction Course :

Parents and students should attend the Induction Course for new students.

  • Tuition Payment Application
  • School Bus Application
  • Parents Consent Form
  • Emergency Treatment Agreement
  • School Uniform Application
  • Recommendation Letter (If needed)
  • Medical Report - Basic Health Check Report: (Can be replaced with Infant Health Check Report, Physical Examination Report) - Blood Test Report (Hepatitis B, A Check should be included / Can be replaced with Vaccination Report) - Tuberculosis Diagnosis Certificate (Diagnosis should be done by X-ray check up)
  • 2 copies of profile photos (3X4)
  • 1 copy of Student Record, 2 copies of Report Card (For last 1 year)
  • Alien Registration Card (for foreigners) / Identification Card (for Koreans)
  • Family Photo (To identify the guardian when picking the student up after school)
  • For Pastors : Certification of Employment or a copy of Certification of Ordainment
  • For Missionaries : Certification of Employment or Certification of Missionary Dispatch
  • ※ Only documents issued within 3 months are valid Documents cannot be returned once submitted.
